Get Local Tours

Touring Austria? Or you want a local experience? Why not have both? One of our main goals is to set a new trend in holidaying in Europe, getting the meaning back into holidaying. No more rushing from one major destination to the other. Relax, settle into one area and leave crowded airports, train stations, big tour buses behind you.

Settle in the heart of Europe for an entire week and go home with lasting impressions. See Austria how you imagined it from stories you read in books with mountains, little farms, traditional celebrations and events with locals still embracing the meaning behind it. History that is there to see and touch that has been passed on to the young ones by their grandparents.

You don’t need to be a food connoisseur to understand what the tastes of our tours are about, lean back – try new delicacies and you might even be surprised how different a glass of milk freshly milked from a cow on an Alpine meadow tastes!

Our tours are personal. We have no more than 8 people on any standard tour, so you’ll have time to get to know us, and to get to know each other. And most importantly, you can really get to know this place that we love so much. Get Real. Get Local. You won’t regret it!

An absolute melting pot of culture and tradition, our area surrounding Kötschach – Mauthen and encompassing northern Italy is truly an experience. Take a step back in time and wander through the villages of northern Italy or experience the age old farming methods in the award winning Lesachtal Valley.

A world apart from the crowds at Oktoberfest we invite you to join us at a traditional “Kirchtag” festival where the lederhosen and dirndl dress are still the Sunday norm. Engulf yourself in the culture whilst mingling with the locals and listening to the local “oom pa” band.
